These terms apply when you use the services of Pieter Koopt®, including submitting a painting for review through our website.

1. Submission Process

By uploading a painting, you agree that:

• You are the rightful owner or have permission to submit it
• All provided information is accurate and truthful
• Pieter Koopt® may contact you to assess the painting

2. No Obligation

Submitting your painting does not obligate you to sell, and Pieter Koopt® is not required to make an offer.

3. Copyright & Usage

You retain ownership of your uploaded materials. By submitting, you grant us permission to view and temporarily store your content for evaluation purposes only.

4. Offer & Purchase

If we visit and make an offer for your painting, a separate purchase agreement will be made. No transaction is final until confirmed by both parties.

5. Liability

Pieter Koopt® is not responsible for loss or damage of any digital files you submit. Always keep a copy for yourself.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
